Application Fee: $25.00  Please include with mailed application or mail your check when you fill out the online form. Checks made payable to:

Application Fee is nonrefundable:  Notification of approval or denial will be sent via email. Approved vendors will have invoices shortly to follow

 *2026 Season Applications must be received not later than April 30th
