***Please Note: Applications will NOT be accepted or filed with the Town of Hampton Falls without the required Insurance Certificate, State Health Certifications and Weight & Measures Certification, as required. All interested Vendors must produce a Certificate of Insurance in order to Vend, so PLEASE read the entire application and direct your Insurance Carrier to comply as required. IMPORTANT NOTE: When your carrier issues the certificate for your business, it must include both The Hampton Falls Farmers Market AND The Town of Hampton Falls as Additional Insured.
